Pour d\u00e9clarer le d\u00e9c\u00e8s d&rsquo;un patient, allez sur sa fiche et cliquez sur <i>Modifier.\u00a0<\/i>S\u00e9lectionnez la situation <i>D\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9<\/i> (la date de d\u00e9c\u00e8s n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire) puis cliquez sur <i>Enregistrer<\/i>.
