Acc\u00e9der aux notes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Rendez-vous sur la fiche du patient.<\/li>\n<li>Dans le menu <em>Actions<\/em>, cliquez sur <em>Acc\u00e9der aux notes<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Vous arriverez alors \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des notes du patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Rechercher des notes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilisez les filtres pour rechercher des notes :\n<ul>\n<li>Par mots-cl\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>Par date,<\/li>\n<li>Par professionnel de sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Saisir une nouvelle note<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rification pr\u00e9alable :<\/strong> Assurez-vous de v\u00e9rifier la date et l&rsquo;heure, en particulier si la note est saisie de mani\u00e8re asynchrone.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9digez ensuite votre note.<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur <em>Ajouter une note<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>La note appara\u00eetra alors dans la liste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Modifier ou supprimer une note<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous pouvez <strong>modifier<\/strong> ou <strong>supprimer<\/strong> une note en utilisant les boutons situ\u00e9s \u00e0 droite de la note.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Marquer une note comme importante<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Si vous souhaitez qu&rsquo;une note soit prioris\u00e9e, cochez la case <em>Importante<\/em> \u00e0 droite du menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6.
